How do you come up with a name for a blog?  Along with not being big on writing, coming up with a title of any paper or report has been one thing that always stumped me.  It is funny how you can become paralyzed with the simplest of tasks but I guess when you recognize how important a title is, you know that it has to be thought out carefully.

When I began thinking about possibly doing a blog, I starting thinking about what message I wanted to share, what title would reflect this message, do I use my name or some other phrase.  Somewhere along the way the thought of “Living with Greater Purpose” started to resonate with my thoughts.  I am recognizing how important it is to see the bigger picture and recognize that God has a greater purpose for me that what I see today or this week or even this year.  Whether it is how I pursue my week at work, how I share my love for scrapbooking, how I am a friend to those I care about, how I love my family – each of these are a chance for me to see God’s hand in the details and how he is unfolding his Greater Plan and Purpose for my life.  I hope you are able to be encouraged and See a Greater Purpose in your own life as you join me on this journey.
