Do you have a question about upcoming events? I am going to answer a few of them here but if you have others, reach out and ask. I will add others here that would be helpful to the group as I receive them.
Q: What are the costs & what is included in the Photo Fun Day Events?
A: We have several options to fit your schedule and needs.
Annual Option (ONLY Available through end of January 2020 unless otherwise offered):
Elizabeth’s Photo Fun Club $350/year – includes reserved full table of space at all Photo Fun Day events (minimum of 10 to be held in 2020), Discounts and/or treats at other 2020 retreats and events and seasonal surprises coming to you in the mail.
Month to Month Options:
Traditional Photo Fun Day (All Day) $75 – includes a full table of space from 10am-10pm, lunch and snacks throughout the day, Project Recipe or other project kit (valued at $10)
Digital Photo Fun Day (All Day) $50 – includes a shared table (1/2) of space from 10am-10pm, lunch and snacks throughout the day, digital art kit (valued at $10)
Traditional Photo Fun Day (Day time only) $60 – includes a full table of space from 10am-3pm, lunch and snacks throughout the day, Project Recipe or other project kit (valued at $10)
Digital Photo Fun Day (Day time only) $45 – includes a shared table (1/2) of space from 10am-10pm, lunch and snacks throughout the day, digital art kit or other project kit (valued at $10)
Evening Photo Fun Day (Evening Only) $25 – includes table space from 3-10pm (1/2 or full space based on availability), snacks and drinks through the evening.
Q: Do you offer a payment plan?
A: Yes for the Photo Fun Club annual membership & Retreats. You can pay a $50 deposit at the time you sign up and then a payment plan for the balance.
Q: Do I have to stay all day if I sign up for the Photo Fun Club or Photo Fun Day – All Day Option?
A: You can always come and go as you please and do not have to stay for the whole time.
Q: What meals are included in the Photo Fun Day?
A: Lunch is included for All Day and Day Only participants (not included for the After 3pm option). Dinner is on your own and not included in the event fees. Snacks and drinks are available throughout.
Q: How do I sign up for Photo Fun Day Events or other Events?
A: You will want to first use the Event Registration Form listed above.
Fill it out with your preferences and how you plan to pay. I will then contact you or send you an invoice for any payment required. Remember that until I have payment, your spot is not yet fully reserved.
